I’m working a two camera HVX200 shoot and one camera’s menu setting is running in drop frame mode while in the 720p24pn mode. Is there another menu setting that I’m overlooking? The menu item is blue and can’t be changed.

Also am trying to synch timecode between the two cameras and can’t find the article that used to be posted here on synching the timecode.

Am beginning to shoot in 45 min….

    thanks!

24pN is only non drop frame, that’s why you can’t change it.

The easiest way to sync two camera of you are running p2 is to set both camera to free run tc, set the tc at whatever you want (time of day is cool) then start them both exactly with the little remote that comes with the camera.
