Drobo won’t mount
Hello community! I have a Drobo bay harddrive enclosure and I cannot get it to mount on my iMac. There are 4 drives inside. Can I hire someone to put them into another Drobo and hopefully copy some files off? I’m in Denver; it would be fabulous if I found somebody here, but I would definitely consider shipping them. Yesterday I mounted the Drobo for the first time in 5 years and it worked great! I copied a bunch of media off, but when I went to copy the project files, my Finder crashed, and when I relaunched, I could not get the Drobo to mount. I tried everything I could think of (different cable, different ports, different computer) Thanks!
