I have a problem which just started today. When I start a new project and import a PSD file as a menu Encore tells me that there is no room on the drive. I have the project on a drive that has over 2TB of space available. Does encore have problems with large drives? Or what else is going on.

Encore doesn’t recognize volumes that are 1 TB or larger.
Try creating a smaller partition, and Encore should no longer complain about it.
