I recorded a video for work on my canon 6d with a mic that was turned off but we also recorded some audio on an external device lav mic. Unfortunately now I’m trying to sync up the audio, i can get it pretty much on the dot but as mentioned in the title the audio starts drifting away and we don’t have a scratch to get the right stretch automatically to fit the external audio, is there a manual way of stretching the audio because the drift is pretty intense (the audio is literally sync for a couple of frames before drifting out).

I believe in the hive mind you guys got me out of a couple of situation already!

We need more information to help, like the frame rate of your video, the file type of your audio, and the sampling rate of your audio. Then someone can perhaps offer suggestions.

    System:
    Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
    Win 7 64-bit
    32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2017.1 (as of 8/2017)
    256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from UHD MP4, HD MP4, and HD P2 MXF.
