Drawing a square (border?)
Is it possible to draw a border like square? I want to draw a white square
and animate it around the screen by changing its size & position.If not then could there be a workaround by maybe ‘tricking’ another effect
such as the border effect & a composite?-Frankie

You could create your white border in a paint program with an alpha background (.png format works best), or you could insert an empty event an apply the Border FX.
In either case you can resize and move it with track motion.
