December 5, 2007 at 10:24 pmHey, this is a long time ago, but i figured i would post. I’ve been having the same problem ever since upgrading to FCP 6. Other people tell me they don’t have this problem. Have you figured it out?
It’s a major hassle, i think my workflow is similar to yours and this is a monkeywrench.
