DPS Velocity files to Vegas

It’s been a very long time since I had to do this but I used the “DPS to AVI codec” to accomplish this.
If you’re a member of the DPSedits group on Yahoo, I uploaded the necessary files and instructions to the Files section of that group some time ago.
