Downloading the Wondertouch Emitters for Motion
Posted by Gray Scale on October 23, 2006 at 11:15 amI purchased the Wondertouch Emitters for Motion last year but have lost my backup copy of it and the download URL has expired. I have tried emailing the company, but my message keeps bouncing. Does anyone here know how I can ccontact them to ask for a new download link?
Obviously I can provide proof of purchase.

October 24, 2006 at 11:42 amPlease check again if you can send email to info and support at wondertouch. If not, please post the error message text you get here. For example, here’s the error text I got when I tried sending to a made-up email address:
—– The following addresses had permanent fatal errors —–
(reason: 550 Host unknown)—– Transcript of session follows —–
550 5.1.2… Host unknown (Name server: wworgg.com: host not found) Alan.

October 24, 2006 at 4:00 pmOur ISP has informed me that due to a recent onslaught of spam, they’ve blocked certain domains where much of the spam is being sent from. Your domain is one of them. I think this is a temporary solution, and I’ll see if there is some way to avoid it.
The easiest is to use a different email address.
Alan.
