  Download Old versions?

  Hi,

  It’s been a bad week. My MacBook Pro hard drive died on me on Wednesday, and I’ve spent the rest of the week trying to get everything back in working order. Thankfully I had nearly everything backed up on a Time Machine drive. I learned however that restoring does present some challenges. None of my Adobe suite worked at first, but after a long wait an a talk with support they helped me get it going.

  When I went to open Media 100, I got an error on startup:

  Could not start the application because Media_100_Embedded.framework failed to load.

  Refer to the Media 100 Support site at https://www.media100.com/support for assistance.

  I’m running Suite version 1.1.1. I just upgraded last fall. Unfortunately, one of the things I didn’t have backed up was the 1.1.1 installer. I thought maybe a fresh install might fix the problem.

  I’m also concerned that since I had to install a new hard drive, my Unique system ID and serial might not work. Hoping that’s not the case.

  Anyway- is there a place to download old versions of the software? I’m almost back up after the crash, and Media 100 is one of the only things left to fix.
