Download full res images from Web client
Hi All,
Am researching the web client download option in Server 6.9.0. I have enabled the “Allow proxy downloads” and “Allow original downloads” tick-boxes in Server Config.
So I load up some test TIFFS in desktop client; save the catalog. I checked gigantic thumbnails by the way in settings. I put some comments in the metadata fields and saved.
Then went to web client and found the thumbs and and clicked on one but the download button is grayed out.
Any ideas why that might be happening?

Hi Scott,
Yes I did. I can get video clips to download just not stills. That is critical for this client application as 95% of their archive is stills.

It could be something very simple, like path mappings. If you set up your tabs so media path and proxy path are visible, what values do you see for your tiffs? Is the hi-res path shown a valid path on the server (rather than on the client). If not you will need to add a mapping rule on the server.
