    I have un-installed and re-installed Creative Cloud 3 times.
    I have gone to the library folder and renamed the OOBE folder as was written in the Adobe help forum.
    And I still cannot download any apps. I keep getting the error – contact customer support.
    Which has been no help.
    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks but I already searched there. I tried uninstalling creative cloud, restarting the computer and ran Adobe cleaner and it still does not work. Now I don’t have any apps.
    Anyone out there have any ideas?

    Don’t just search there; ask there. That’s where the Adobe Technical Support staff who specialize in this area are.

    Thanks. I will try again. I was on a chat with Adobe for 1 hour last night and I had to go off line as I do not have time available to get help for a product I pay for every month. I have spent 5 hours on this around my work schedule.
    VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

    Did you ever find a solution? I would love to hear what it was if so. I’m having a similar issue but the Adobe forums are down right now due to system upgrades….
