    Download Black Magic codec

    Hi!

    A client just asked us if we can deliver a project in blackmagic 10bit codec.
    To be honest, I have no idea of how to do this, but I’m starting to suspect it not as easy as to download the codec and start rendering?

    Do I need to buy hardware to be able to do this? Google gives me a bunch of results, but they all seem to point at broken links at blackmagic-design.com.

    Hi Hannes,

    The easiest way to install the codecs is to install the latest Desktop Video v9 driver package. This will install the codecs so that they are available to the system. No hardware is required to use the codecs.
