  Downgrading MacOS and XpressPro – Issues?

  I have run out of ideas for solving my constant crashing flashing issues. Currently running 10.4.2, XpressPro 4.8.1, QT 7.0.2. Painful beyond belief. Is it possible for me to install my old 10.3 disks and use XpressPro 4.6 in an attempt to solve this? Is there any issue with Opening an XpressPro 4.8.1 project with XpressPro 4.6? Final Cut will not lety you go back in softwre versions.

  Is this even worth doing? Any risks?
