    Hi,

We had a iFinish system installed on a Compaq Personal Workstation 750. Several months ago we received version 4.6 and past July, we installed our iFinish on a new XW6000 certified system. When installing the software, the IFinish diagnostics asked to upgrade our hardwares to compatibilize with version 4.6. At this time I only have problems with this configuration, we can’t play or render transition because os a 19007 error. Well, we did a new installation over the old machine to continue working with version 3.2 but we can

Was it a -19007 or -19017 error? You may want to check out:

If you have an E6000/RealTimeFX, you could also try pulling that board and see if it helps.

To backslush, run the Finish diags then hold down the control key and double-click with the right mouse button in the empty space between the buttons, then update should unghost.

You need to make sure that you were actually running the earlier version of software (and firmware) with that board, otherwise you may run the risk of potentially damaging the board by backslushing.
