Downconvert 1080i or 720p
I have an HD project that will be down converted to SD; probably center cut. My question is this?
Which HD format will look best in SD. 720p or 1080i. I’m hoping to work in 720p just because of
rendering and file size. Any thoughts?tom dempsey

720p downconverts to SD much more cleanly than 1080i, unless you use something like a Teranex hardware converter.

720 is the way to go.
