    Hello Cows,
I am editing a music video that is DVCPRO HD 720p24. I have edited in the native format. We need to telestream a rough cut to the UK record label. I haven’t heard if we can bring it to a post house or not to down convert it before the telestream, and I am not sure if you can do the down convert while telestreaming (do you know if that is possible?) or if it is a separate process. Anyhow, if for some reason I cannot have it downconverted at the post-house I will have to do it here before sending it out to be telestreamed. What is the best process for this. i tried copying my edit and pasting it in a PAL 10bit SD timeline, it does appear to be “widescreen”, but the image seems to be a bit elongated…how do I keep it from doing that? Also, once I have that figured out, I will have to convert the movie to 25fps, should I do this with the conform tool in Cinema Tools? I imagine this is better than just dropping my 24fps footage in a 25fps timeline. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks a bunch,
    Eli Mavros
