  • Double up on left channel while deleting right channel

    Hi,

I’m working on Premiere Pro CC 2018.

I was given footage of an interview. After I imported it into Premiere I saw that the Left channel was the interview and the right channel was empty. How can I make the Left channel stereo and get rid of the right channel? In other words I want to double up on the Left channel and get rid go the right channel.

    Thanks in advance

Easy method is to right-click on your clip (or select multiple clips and right-click) in your Bin. Select Modify Audio Channels. Switch Clip Channel Format from Stereo to Mono and turn off the checkbox for the audio channel you do not want. Hit Okay.
