I’m working on a project with some unique deliverables and trying to develop a workflow.
    The deliverable is 4K (3840×2160) 60p equirectangular panorama 3D stereo content ( frame sequential – active 3d).
The dome is not 360, but 180 (approx. +/-45° Horizontal and -15°/+60° Vertical)
I’ve worked on some 3D (and some VR) projects before. So I have a project template where I’m creating L and R sequences. In my composites I’m using a camera as close as I can get to fisheye with a focal length of 10mm.
I’ve been able to create a single file with the necessary (frame sequential 3D), but struggling with the final step of converting the file into equirectangular panorama.
I’m currently using the “VR converter” with an input of “2D source” and outputing “Equirectangular 2:1”
My source comp is 4320×4320 (with content only in the middle)
I put that into a 4320×2160 comp an use the VR converter:
    2D source input / Equirectangular 2:1 output
    Output Frame Width – 4320
Then putting that comp into a 3840×2160 comp and rendering…
I feel like I’m stumbling around a bit and would appreciate any feedback!
    Thanks,
    Bart
