  DOF Problems

  I’m having some issues with DOF in AE CS3 where it seems to shift layers and create pixelation where images intersect. The images below show what I’m looking at when I turn on DOF. My layer stacking order should be correct based on AE’s rules and changing it doesn’t seem to have any effect. Anyone have any clues where this comes from? I’ve also noticed layers shifting when the Aperture setting is changed. Any ideas?
