  Does XDCam HD support Firestore recording as backup?

  Hi folks, just putting together some figures for a multi cam HD shoot and was wondering if the XD cams support/allow Firestore recording as backup. It’s a live sporting event and can’t afford to have lost data. I know the discs are supposed to be extremely reliable, but I’d hate to be the first guy to have a problem with them. We’d like to import right from the drives and store the discs away as emergency backup. Is this possible? Thanks! Kind Regards, Chris
