Does this happen to you?
Posted by Phil Seymour on November 27, 2012 at 2:48 amVP12 with Vegasaur, Mayhem, Scattershot and Ultimate S plug-ins. I add their icons to the tool bar on the top of the screen, and then the icons disappear. If I mouse over the area where they were, they are there as invisible buttons. Bit of a nuisance fumbling around trying to hit the right buttons.
Anyone got any ideas as to why?Windows 7 Pro64, 16GB RAM, SSD boot drive, GTX 570 Graphics, Vegas Pro 12

Those are stealth icons. It’s so Premiere Pro users can’t tell what you’re doing. It’s been a feature of Vegas since version 9.

November 27, 2012 at 8:15 amIt is an old bug in Sony Vegas. One of those, which are very difficult to reproduce.
And I think that this happens from time to time with anyone who has the toolbar icons from different extensions. -

they just vanish from the toolbar,…..

Or restart Vegas. This is a pre-existing issue that has been happening since SVP10.
