I’m using motion1 with FCP 4.5. Every time I slomo a clip in FCP and export to motion, motion gives a totally wrong image. I know the workaround to export the clip as a standalone clip and import that to motion.
But I wonder if motion2 fix that problem?

    Thanks,

    Why not slomo in Motion?

OK, how do you slomo a clip in motion. I know you can chance the frame rate, but that’s not what I mean. And I suppose there no speed ramping in motion2.

    Heya Pol,

The Scrub filter, which allows you to play with time on an object, allows for speed ramping and variable retiming.
