Does FCP write HDV back to tape??
I’m using the FX1/FCP 5
I cant get the timeline to print to tape.
If so,
How? -

I dont think that is possible yet.

It works the same as DV, just takes longer because it has to conform your sequence back to the MPEG GOP structure. Once that is done it prints to tape just like DV. What problems are you having? Make sure your camera is set up correctly. What is your system configuration?
