Does Encore automatically set the “audio” remote buttons for multiple audio tracks?
Meaning if a timeline has two soundtracks, will pressing the “audio” button on a dvd remote automatically switich between the available audio tracks for the timeline?

Yes, but this is not a specific Encore function other than muxing two audio tracks into the VOB file. The player is what switches the audio tracks.
