Sony is not answering any calls…I cant get tech support…whats going on?? Anyone?

Kinda sucks. Sony has been one of the best makers of multimdeia devices, but I had to send back 2
of them within one week. Come on Sony!! -
They have probably outsourced their call centre to a 3rd world country lol!

Tech support or Customer support? They are different departments with different priorities.
I’ve never needed tech support due to the fantastic knowledge collection on the Cow and Sony forums. I have had to contact customer Support a few times and they have always been quick to respond.
If it’s a technical question, ask it here first.

Im getting an error message that says it cant build a proxy thread in my vegas 9.0…It will not build and save audio peaks. Also when I go to render my videos to a M2t or WMV it also gives me an error message that says there is not enough memory and it automatically stops the render…
