  Does Anyone Know the workflow for Stereographic 3D in Premiere or After Effects?

  Hey Everyone,

  I just got asked by a friend to help them edit a final project that was shot using a Sony 3d Full HD camera. I have never worked with 3d before, but I assumed that it would be relatively straight forward… I think I was wrong. The clips are in the .MTS file format, and I’m having a difficult time understanding how to work with 3d.

  I would love to use Adobe Premiere or After Effects to put this short project together, but I have no idea whatsoever what the potential workflow would be… would anyone have any insight or ideas about how to work with 3d footage in these programs? We are trying to get this to work with RealD glasses too if that is of any help.

  If anyone has a workflow plan that would be incredible, but I’m sure any advice or information would go a long way as well. Thanks Everyone for all the help!
