Does anyone know how to uninstall Quicktime 7.1.1?
I’m running Quicktime 7.1.1 under OS 10.4.6, BUT with Final Cut Pro 4.5 and apparently, under these condditions, Quicktime cannot communicate with my Kona 2 card for digitizing. So, as suggested by AJA, I need to uninstall Quicktime, and downgrade to an older version. In any case, I can’t find instructions on how to uninstall Quicktime 7.1.1.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I just went through a similar issue. Was on the phone with Apple tech support who turned out to pretty darn useless. Even promised to call back this past Wednesday with some information but never bothered.
The only way to go back to a previous version of QT from 7.1.1 is to do an archive and install. There is no 7.0.4 reinstaller for QT 7.1.1. The Archive and install is pretty painless and took me about 45 minutes to be up and running again.
