Does anyone know how to edit a video like this?
How would one go about editing a video with this kinda of style? I mean, it’s like box cutting and sliding the frames and stuff.
I’m comfortable using Premiere, but AE is pretty much Greek to me. If AE is a better option, do you know if there’s any presets/templates?

AE is most definitely the better option. While there are no templates that I know of (since of course any grid you design is going to differ based on the framing of the shots), here’s a great tutorial on how to achieve the look, plus it will get you rolling with using expressions, which is how it’s achieved:
