In your uploaded project file there is one material applied to the Earth. You would need to change the ocean color in that texture (world map.jpg) in an image-editing program like Photoshop.

Yup, You must edit that texture’s ocean part on software like photoshop.

you can’t edit what you want in cinema 4d textures
