Do SSD’s benefit Motion5?
Heya…
AE’s new disk based Global Performance Cache benefits greatly from SSD speed.
Since motion traditionally doesn’t have a cache that works in the same way…does an SSD help motion?
(aside from read ftg and writing renders)….

As Motion is much more about the GPU than the hard drive- I wouldn’t expect that much of a boost in Motion. Not that there won’t be some sort of improvement but nothing like what you might see in AFX for example.
