Thanks to Bob’s many posts and articles on this subject, as well as Walter Biscardi’s blog and articles, plus many other helpful posts on the COW, I have successfully set up a Do-It-Yourself SAN on my 3 and soon to be 4 FCP seat set up…just like it came out of the box…NOT.

Any way, I do have one specific question on Link Aggregation. What is the best way to use this tool to improve my throughput? Do I set it up on the Mac Pro that’s acting as my server with the Small Tree PEG6 card installed? Or on the switch? Or BOTH?

I’m pretty good at following directions and figuring things out, but my trial and error bone is in a cast due to the IP address issues I was messing up, but finally overcame with a healing dose of reading the manual and some correct settings.

Thank you in advance for your replys.
