  Do I need Cineform if i have CS5.5 ?

  Hello everyone! I run cs5.5 on a windows machine I use premiere and AE and I need to keep my T2i footages on highest quality , so do I need Cineform codec for the best quality and if not please help me to find the best render settings to keep it without Cineform.
