do i lose information in AE when..
Do i lose information in adobe after effects if i get the
“Not responding” thing going on?
I know in Sony vegas that it says not responding, exits out, and when i go back in it gives me the option to restore…
I worked hard on the piece i did, and i dont want to re-do it, but i might have to if AE ejects itself ande loses my information 🙁
very sad.
is it true?

Yes. You lose your work done since the last save.
Enable auto-save in the Preferences next time. If you have an older version, increment and save every now and then. The interval between saves is up to you.
