    Hi

i am working on a media composer adrenaline, PC, its version 4.0.4.

does this come with multicamera? i can make group clips but i cant get split screens and the “Multicamera mode” under the special menu is greyed out.

I know 11 years ago it was optional, and i believe it required additional hardware. how bout now?

(beleive it or not, there is no topic either here or at avid.com regarding whether or not its installed, only topics about problems)

    thank you

Yes, you have multicam. Edit your group clip into a timeline, turn on Multicam (it will no longer be grayed out) and edit away.

Bob, now go into Settings and duplicate your keyboard, name it Multicam and modify a few buttons to allow you to switch cameras in real time. You can also add edits and right-click on the clip to choose a camera.

    Have fun.
