DNxIQ drops off during AVID launch
Currently troubleshooting two separate IQs (on the same LAN) suddenly dropping off as soon as the projects page lands after launch. You can see the “Avid Media Composer DNxIQ” on the top of the pane during launch, but as soon as the projects page lands, it goes away. Has anyone experienced something similar?
These two edits have been running smoothly up until today when all we did was install a new switch for our NEXIS – it’s hard to believe these drop offs could be network related… Leaving myself and our IT scratching our heads. We are installing and re-installing MC and Desktop Video to no effect so far. Thinking we go back to the old switch to see if we get any traction. Just curious if anyone has any experience with this?

Are they by any chance set to NDI output? Have you trashed MC State?
