• Adobe Encore DVD

  DLT 20 or 40?

  Running Encore CS3, mastering DVD-9 via Quantum DLT8000 drive.
  I’ve submitted several DLTs in the past with no problems,
  but now I have a complaint that says, “We can’t read 40GB DLT masters.”
  Is there a requirement that DLTs be 20GB?
  This is through a third party, so I have very little to go on other than try to layoff another set for them. Thanks for any advice.
