warping a tracked footage can be a bit tricky in Ae. you can always stabilize the shot first, create your warp using displacement map or other distortion tools like puppet or mesh/bezier warp, then re-introduce the motion. other than that here’s a nice mocha tutorial about meshing with puppet: https://vimeo.com/136861723
