Distortion FX
I need to apply a distortion effect of some sort to some video I’ve shot for a drugs programme. I want to use it on all the POV shots of my drug user. Any recommendations – I’m new to AE so forgive my ignorance.

Apply some of the different distortion effects and see which ones you like. Don’t forget to try time echoes and color shifts (saturation, etc.) as well.
Different drugs have different effects on the visual/perceptual system.
