  • Distorted/pixelated video part when adding to Vegas

    Hello there,

I’ve got a big problem that never happened before.
I’m adding into Vegas a MPEG-2 file, got from a camrecorder, that gives me a few seconds of distorted/pixelated image in different parts.

I tried different things about RAM, different PCs (4), including a Vista 64bit with 8GB of RAM, and different versions of Vegas, without luck.
Every other trip found online, without luck 🙁

I add here a little clip of the problem.

On the end of the clip you can see what I mean.

I tried to demux with tmpgenc + and I don’t get this problem.
The original MPEG files, if played into different players like WMP, VLC etc, doesn’t show the problem!
Seems like it’s only a problem of Vegas during demuxing (so when adding it into the program).

    Any idea? Much appreciated.
    Thanks
    Chris
