    Hi,

I’m still pretty new to C4d and 3d in general. I’m creating a model of the solar system. I think I accidentally turned something off because now I can’t see the wireframes of my polygons. When I render the frame they’re there but I can’t see them in my views. Help!

You probably clicked the top “traffic light” next to the object’s name in the object manager. There are two circles there that are gray by default. If you click them they cycle from gray to red to green and back. If the top circle is red the object will be invisible in the editor. If the bottom is red it won’t render. Green is in override, so if it’s a child of another object with red circles your object will still be visible.

You can also set these attributes in the attribute manager, under the basic tab.

    Thanks Adam,

What I wound up doing was trashing my preferences and it was fixed. But it’s good to know that in case it happens again. Thanks for your help.
