disappearing title in prpro 1.5
i am having trouble with a title that i set to roll beginning off screen and
finishing off screen in prpro 1.5. i am putting together a presentation of
some high school reunions. the sequence begins with a rolling title that i
rendered at a speed of 25% for 20 seconds. at the end i have a longer roll-
ing title as closing credits. both were set to begin off screen and end off
screen. the ending title runs at 8% for a length of 01;02;17. here is the
problem…when i render it in the sequence tab, the title disappears. before
hand, it’s there! after rendering, nothing but black!! i have tried every-
thing i can think of that could be the problem, but nothing works. and, i
have re created it twice. also, in the few times i have created such a title
this is the first time such as this has happened. anyone with a clue, i would
appreciate it! -

When you are creating titles, it creates an alpha channel. However, as soon as you alter the speed of the title, the alpha channel no longer remains in the video. Also, I would reccomend that you stretch out your clips rather than altering its speed. More specifically, take the tail of the video and drag it out to the duration you want.
