  Disappearing audio: Multitrack

  Hi All,

  I’m not new to Audition (Cool Edit), bur I’m trying to dig deeper into the program. I’m editing a project in Avid Media Composer. I’ve exported a Quicktime reference movie for the video, and AIFFs for the audio tracks. I’ve sync’ed video and audio in a multitrack session. For some reason now, audio refuses to play while in multitrack mode. The video window also gos black when I hit play. The individual audio tracks play fine in edit mode, and I can scrub them in multitrack and hear them. Correct outputs are selected and nothing’s muted or solo’ed. I’m sure someone has seen this before. I’d appreciate any help offered.
