Disabling the “apply to all cuts” feature
Is there a way to disable the feature in fcp 7 that applies a transition to all cuts in a sequence when you use the command-T shortcut without selecting a cut?

There’s not a way to disable the feature… so select the edit you want to add the transition to first.
