Disabling scrubbing
currently, when I run through the timeline (drag through it), I can still hear the audio (like chipmunk) as I go through (scrubbing).
Is there a way to turn this feature off so that I can drag through the timeline without hearing the audio?
I’m asking because my help function has now stopped working. When I click help Content Index nothing happens.

As Douglas says, don’t drag the playhead itself – just drag the cursor line. If you find you can’t drag the line itself (you should get a double-headed arrow mouse cursor when you hover over the line), go to Options>Preferences>General and enable the “Allow edit cursor to be dragged” option.
