  Disable Caps Lock in Keyboard shortcuts

  I was wondering if there is a way to disable capslock while using keyboard shortcuts in Premiere. We have to name everything in caps and it gets pretty annoying turning it on and off.
  For example, hitting I and O doesn’t work with caps lock on to mark in and outs.
