  Dim Titles

  Hi! I’d like to ask if anyone knows why my titles appear dim instead of bright white as I’d like them to be. The opacity is 100% and the color fill is pure white. I’m using CS6 on Windows 7. All I want is a still image for the web, but I don’t know how to use Ps. Please tell me if you have a solution to this. Thanks.
