Digitizing HDCAM SR 59.94
I’m working with some footage whose source is HDCAM SR 59.94 but the digitized footage is 29.97. Shouldn’t the digitized footage also reflect a frame rate of 59.94?

1080i59.94…that refers to FIELDS per second. two fields per frame, so 29.97fps. Yes, it is confusing. Only 720p is 59.94fps.
