  Digitizing from DVX-100A – Timecode problem

  When digitizing from my new DVX-100A to FCP HD, and FCP is seeking the in point of the logged clip, my camera briefly displays the current camera timecode when the VCR is switching from forward to reverse, again seeking out the in point’s timecode. The camera is in VCR mode, and even from “stop” to “play” the camera briefly dispays the camera’s generated time code before reading the tapes time code location.

  Any advice?
