Digitizing error HELP! please.
Howdy folks.
Need a bit of help figuring out a problem.
I am working of a feature documentary which I have been shooting for the past year on a Canon XH A1 @ 108024p.
I am now loading footage. Our of 50 interviews I have two that are giving me trouble when I try and digitize them.
Basically, when I get to the end of the clip a window comes up that says… “general error”
The only thing I can see in the bin that is different is that the pesky clips have an “upper field dominance.” As opposed to the rest of the 50 interviews which say “NONE”
Over this year of shooting it is possible I missed a menu setting on the camera before a shoot…
Anyone else have this issue?
The project is set up for 108024p HDV.
