  Digitizing crash

  Hi. I have been cruising along just fine on my G4 m100 i/xs, v.8.2.3a, digitizing in S-video and DV at 200 kb. Recently the digitize mode has been hanging up, just a loss of signal. No error message, no warning. Sometimes after several captures, other times after just a couple.

  I have replaced cables, and tried to trace the problem but am at a loss for the issue. This began in v.8.2.2, but long after the software upgrade. I can’t see any other software updates that might interfere.

  If I close and re-open m100, the signal is still lost. If I reboot the computer, then I can start digitizing again for a while.

  Any ideas of what I can chase down?
